Welcome to AvioBuddy. By accessing our website or downloading and using our Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (MSFS 2024) Virtual First Officer & Utility Software application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Desktop Software License & Subscription Rules

Software Licensing: AvioBuddy is offered as a recurring software subscription add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Your license grants non-exclusive, non-transferable access for personal flight simulation use on registered personal computers.

3-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial period. Payment details are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller of record for your purchase and appears on your card statement. Recurring billing commences only after the 3-day free trial concludes unless cancelled prior.

2. Account Security & Single-User Policy

Account Responsibility: To use AvioBuddy, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Non-Transferable: Licenses are personal to the individual user. Credential sharing, token resale, or reverse engineering of software assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Reliability & Add-On Updates

Flight Simulator Compatibility: As a third-party utility software for MSFS 2024, software performance depends on simulator updates and SimConnect bridges. We deliver regular software patches to maintain compatibility.

4. Cancellation & Support Contact

Simple Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by emailing [email protected].

Try Before You Pay: AvioBuddy offers a 3-day free trial upon client registration. During this period, you have full access to all software features to test compatibility with your Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 setup without any automatic charge.

2. Easy Subscription Cancellation

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your software subscription at any time. You can initiate cancellation directly via the billing portal link in the desktop client dashboard, or by emailing us at [email protected].

Access Retention: Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the remainder of your current billing cycle. No further recurring payments will be charged.

3. Early Access Refund Policy

Risk-Free Trial & Early Access Terms: Because AvioBuddy is currently in active Early Access development and offers a full 3-day free trial so you can thoroughly test the software risk-free before subscribing, paid subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
